TAKING DOWN THE FRUIT:

The workers take down the cluster and stop it in a gutter to be taken until the funicular and by means of this until the packer.

QUALITY CONTROL AND CUTTING

Once in bunches to the packing, the inspector confirms field length and size of the fruit for export, also check condition almond, giving approval. WASHING AND SELECTION
